CHIMAY, BELGIUM - JAN 9-2003 - Dom Armand Veilleux is the Abbot of the Abbey of Notre Dame de Scourmont, which was founded in 1850. The abbey is currently home to 22 monks including seven visiting monks from Africa. In 1862 the monks started brewing Chimay beer as a means of supporting themselves.
