HANNOVER, GERMANY - MARCH-6-2008 - A display that drew a crowd was mannequins decked out in "Smart Textiles" or intelligent clothing, which drew curious looks from passers by who couldn't resist snapping pix of the smart fashions. One was a shirt that displays a disco-like light show across the chest which is washable and another space aged looking get-up that was designed by the Mobile Research Center in Bremen, Germany, which researches, develops and field-tests mobile information and communication technology for work and business processes. The headset, vest and gesture glove can be used to feed information from the field and to direct a computer without the use of a mouse or keyboard. (Photo © Jock Fistick)
